Cha muc (squid cake) is a famous dish that ones should try when visiting Halong bay. There are many places have this dish, but none of those places can bring the unique flavour like Halong. In Halong, people do not eat cha muc with noddle, or sweet and sour sauce, people eat cha muc with steamed rice rolls or steamed glutinous rice.
